What it does
Write, review and schedule useful articles about the services on your BlueFinch-managed website.
Starting every post from a blank page makes a blog hard to keep up. Begin with your actual services and the questions customers ask.
What the workspace includes
Article drafts, previews, search, and status filters
Service links, titles, excerpts, and search descriptions
Draft, publish, and future-schedule workflows
A posting plan based on merchant-approved topics and facts

Who it fits
Service businesses with a ready managed website
Owners who can verify practical answers and business-specific claims
When another solution may fit better
Unreviewed bulk content or invented expertise
Automatic publishing to every third-party website platform
How you would use it
Pick one customer question: Tie the article to a service your business actually provides.
Check the facts: Review the answer, links, prices, and claims before approving the saved draft.
Publish on your schedule: Confirm the website is active and the publication workflow is ready.
Data, connections, and automation
Your saved services, supplied article content, and explicitly confirmed business facts. A suggested draft is not proof that a claim is correct.
Scheduled and automatic posts require an active website and a functioning publishing worker. Demo edits remain local to the demonstration and do not publish anything.
Cost and eligibility
This tool has no additional software charge when it is listed as included in your eligible BlueFinch merchant package. Have BlueFinch confirm access, connected services and usage limits in writing. Payment processing and account-specific charges are separate.
For eligible U.S. BlueFinch merchant accounts with this tool enabled. A demo does not activate service or confirm your account’s access.
Availability: Managed website required. Service area: Eligible businesses in the United States.
WordPress.com Free provides hosted pages and posts with no subscription charge and 1 GB of storage, checked October 2, 2026. Free sites display ads. This compares publishing software, not researched writing, an AI-generation allowance or a managed editorial service. It is the same plan cited for Business website; do not count website and blog costs twice.
Limits to know
Publishing is tied to the managed website’s capabilities and state.
A saved draft or scheduled status is not proof that a public article is live.
Content must remain accurate; a search phrase alone is not a reason to invent a service or claim.
Example workflow
A tint shop drafts an article explaining how customers should care for newly installed film, checks the advice against its products, and links the article to its real tint service.
Questions before you start
Can posts go out automatically? The workspace supports a posting plan and scheduling when website publication is ready. You must confirm the facts and configure the supported workflow first.
Does a draft go live when I save it? No. Saving a draft keeps publication separate. Existing live content is not replaced by a draft save.
How do I get this for my business? Ask your BlueFinch representative to confirm eligibility, included features, any extra charges, and setup requirements in writing. Existing customers can check their account; new customers can request a business review.
