What it does
Manage customer check-ins, rewards and follow-up in a workspace with clearly stated monthly plans and message allowances.
A one-time discount cannot tell you whether a customer returned. Track check-ins and redemptions in a rewards program that shows the offer and its cost.
What the workspace includes
A customer check-in destination and printable counter postcard
Customer, rewards, and follow-up-message workspaces
Plan usage and activation status
Explicit plan acceptance and cancellation controls

Who it fits
Businesses with repeat visits and a reward they can sustainably fulfill
Owners prepared to manage customer permissions and message usage
When another solution may fit better
Purchased contact lists or unwanted bulk messaging
An assumption that all messages, channels, and reward costs are free
How you would use it
Choose the reward and plan: Check reward economics, message allowance, and the monthly charge.
Finish activation: Set up customer-facing material, staff controls, and available messaging channels.
Track actual use: Review check-ins, messages, and redemptions rather than assuming every send produces a sale.
Data, connections, and automation
Customer check-ins, consent and preference records, configured rewards, and messaging activity. The public demo contains sample customers.
Follow-up depends on program activation, customer permission, plan allowance, and channel readiness. Texting also requires applicable carrier registration.
Cost and eligibility
Published BlueFinch Rewards plans are $19/month for 500 messages, $29 for 1,000, $59 for 2,500, and $99 for 5,000. This is an optional paid add-on, not a free toolbox entitlement. Confirm the current plan and billing terms before accepting.
For eligible U.S. BlueFinch merchant accounts with this tool enabled. A demo does not activate service or confirm your account’s access.
Availability: Optional paid add-on. Service area: Eligible businesses in the United States.
Check contact limits, email and SMS allowances, carrier charges, activation requirements, and the margin left after a reward. An inexpensive plan can still fund an unprofitable offer.
Limits to know
Rewards and discounts have a cost to your business; assess that separately from the software charge.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and a sent message is not proof of a return visit.
The account’s accepted plan and current service state determine actual access.
Example workflow
A business chooses a modest repeat-visit reward, trains staff on redemption, and measures actual redemptions against the reward’s cost.
Questions before you start
Is loyalty included for free? No. The current published BlueFinch Rewards plans begin at $19 per month and require explicit acceptance.
How is the plan billed, and how do I cancel? The plan is added to your merchant processing statement starting when you accept it, and continues month to month until you cancel from the Customer Loyalty tab. No separate card is required. Review the billing terms shown when you accept your plan.
Does texting work as soon as I choose a plan? No. Program activation and carrier registration must be ready, and customer permission still applies.
How do I get this for my business? Ask your BlueFinch representative to confirm eligibility, included features, any extra charges, and setup requirements in writing. Existing customers can check their account; new customers can request a business review.
