Wrap referral reward and reserve planner
Check one fixed-credit job type and a selected period budget. Planning capacity does not alter rewards already earned.

Model assumptions
- One fixed credit and one qualifying job type.
- Contribution excludes fixed overhead and unentered expenses.
- Budget capacity counts whole credits after selected administration costs.
- Budget results do not decide eligibility or reduce earned commitments.
- Avoid allocating the same expense twice.
Read alongside these results
- No additional installations, customer acquisition or net profit is assumed.
- With zero recorded rewards, administration per reward is unavailable.

A wrap referral arrives with a real installation request. The reward still has a cost. Before promising a fixed credit, check the job receiving the credit and the reserve available for rewards. A large invoice does not make every discount affordable. Film, preparation, labor and other variable costs still belong in the calculation.
The planner tests a fixed invoice credit for one job type and a reward budget for a selected period. All starting figures are for demonstration. Contribution does not equal net profit, and recorded rewards do not necessarily mean additional jobs. The worksheet creates no credit, customer entitlement or accounting entry.

Define what earns the reward
Write the qualifying event in your program terms before staff discuss the offer. An inquiry, accepted estimate and completed installation are different milestones. State who receives the credit, which completed work qualifies and where the approval is recorded. Have the appropriate adviser review the actual arrangement, including any expiry or accounting questions.
Keep rewards connected to the program version and source order. A repeat fleet account is not automatically a new qualifying referral. If two employees record the same referral, review the identity and order references before issuing a second reward. The public planner uses counts and amounts only. Actual eligibility remains a decision under your written terms.
Check the job receiving the credit
Start with the normal invoice price and costs changing with the qualifying job, using your own costing method. The SBA explains break-even calculations using sales price, variable costs and fixed costs. This planner shows the job’s contribution after a fixed credit. It does not include every unentered business expense or calculate net profit.
The fictional job has a $4,500 invoice, $2,900 in variable costs and a $150 credit. Contribution after the credit is $1,450, before selected overhead and other unentered expenses. This is not a wrap-shop margin benchmark. If the credit or job costs push the result negative, the tool retains the negative number instead of disguising the loss.

Check the selected reward budget
The example reserves $900 for rewards and $60 of selected administration costs. After administration, the reserve covers five whole $150 credits. Four recorded credits cost $600; adding administration gives $660 of selected period costs. The remaining reserve is $240. These figures are not BlueFinch plan prices or a recommendation to cap rewards at five.
This is a planning figure, not a limit on paying referrals already earned under your terms. Six recorded credits with the same inputs bring selected costs to $960, leaving a negative $60 reserve difference. Review the actual commitment before changing an offer. Promised rewards and the internal budget still need separate records.
Do not tie a referral credit to a review
A referral program and a public review request have different qualifying events. Google prohibits incentives for posting a review, revising one or removing a negative review. Keep the credit independent of the star rating and any public review. Do not offer a credit as a condition for changing feedback about an installation.
Handle service complaints through the normal project process. A reward-cost model does not decide warranty rights or resolve a disputed job. Record the referral, qualifying event and any separate service issue in the appropriate systems. Have staff check the actual terms rather than improvise a new condition during collection.

Compare software costs separately
BlueFinch customer loyalty is an optional paid add-on with activation requirements and message allowances. Review its accepted plan before including a charge in your budget. Do not enter the same expense in both variable job costs and administration. No native referral-accounting integration is promised here, and the public tool does not issue credits.
Use the results with the person approving rewards and the person reconciling invoices. Save a scenario before trying another credit amount, then compare the changes in contribution and reserve. With zero recorded credits, overhead allocation per credit is unavailable. Download the assumptions with the results so the next reviewer knows which costs the model includes.
