A working review link might still lead to the wrong wellness location. Test the actual destination from the message, QR code or website route your studio uses. Confirm the business identity and current location before sending requests. Keep the eligibility rule neutral and the contact preference separate. A successful click does not prove the destination is correct or the proposed channel is permitted.

Inventory the routes customers actually receive
Retrieve the public link in each supported request template and printed route. Include the front-desk QR code, approved message template and relevant website reference. Staff might be using an old shortened link after a move or location change. Record the actual destination rather than assuming every copy points to the profile shown in the administrator’s browser.
Use safe fictional tests and approved public routes without submitting a fake review. Check the displayed business name and location identity. Do not infer a specific branch from a familiar logo alone. A link opening successfully proves only that observed navigation event. Record the current test date and the source route so another employee can repeat the same check. The wellness feedback and check-in guide uses genuine comments to improve administrative instructions.
Keep review eligibility neutral
Google permits genuine review requests and prohibits incentives and selectively soliciting positive reviews. Do not reserve the corrected link for customers who gave a high satisfaction score. A loyalty reward must not depend on posting, changing or removing a review. Keep private feedback tasks separate from the public review route, and review the current policy for any other platform used.
The route audit records the source route reference, current public link reference, expected location identity, observed destination, neutral rule version, approved correction status and owner. Use internal codes rather than customer names or message contents. The worksheet does not send requests or verify channel consent. Filled rows organize the route review and do not guarantee future navigation or platform acceptance.

Resolve a fictional wrong-location route
Suppose a fictional studio’s front-desk QR code opens its former location while the current approved message template opens the correct profile. Those are two separate routes with different results. Correct the printed route through the approved process and retest it. Do not declare every request fixed because one email link already worked. The example describes no real review count or business location.
If a customer has already posted on another profile, obtain the platform’s actual supported guidance rather than promising staff can move the review. Avoid requesting private account details or offering compensation to change feedback. The correction concerns the business’s future request route, not control over the reviewer’s words or a guarantee that existing ratings transfer.
Verify the channel before the next request
Retrieve the relevant contact preference and approved communication policy for the proposed message. A booking phone number does not establish unrestricted promotional SMS permission. FTC commercial-email guidance covers its own requirements and unsubscribe handling, not blanket text-message consent. Record the permitted send decision separately from the public-link test and keep private contacts in the controlled business system.
Recheck after a location, template or messaging-provider change. Assign unresolved routes to an office owner and preserve the observed destination evidence. Your owner needs a correct public identity and a supported request process, not a claimed rating increase from another campaign. Review links should help genuine customers find the right business without incentives, positive-only selection or promises of unfavorable-review removal. Check the individual contact-preference sheet before assuming a household link permits every recipient route.
