The business model

BlueFinch offers business tools and advice alongside merchant processing. Revenue from the processing relationship supports the tools included with eligible accounts, instead of a separate software subscription for every included feature.

This is a commercial offer, not an independent payments-market review. BlueFinch benefits when a suitable business becomes a merchant customer.

There is still a cost to accepting cards

Interchange, card-network charges, processing services and account charges do not vanish because a merchant-facing rate is 0%. An approved payment program determines who pays which amounts.

A proposal should explain the merchant's remaining cost and the customer's posted prices. Evaluate those together with funding, integrations and service.

Consider the whole relationship

An included tool is useful only if it does the job you need. Try the working demo, check feature availability and required connections, then compare it with the subscription you might replace.

Another provider may be a better choice if your essential integration is unsupported or the complete cost does not suit your needs better.
