Start your campaign with its actual purpose and the recorded contact decision. A general business promotion does not need symptoms from clinical notes to select recipients. Define the nonclinical audience and review the source for its preferences before choosing a subject line or treating an appointment record as a marketing list.
The planner records a campaign, proposed segment and preference checks. Its examples are fictional. Enter internal source references, not email addresses or customer records. The worksheet sends no email and approves no campaign. It helps the review owner find missing evidence and suppression checks before a separate authorized send through the proper system.

Review message-plan requirements
Confirm activation, allowance and channel readiness.
Review the proposed data purpose
Keep clinical selection outside the campaign list.
Separate messages from attended visits
Report actual appointment outcomes.
Evaluate a med-spa loyalty offer without promising clinical outcomes
A reward needs a fulfillment rule and a cost review. Its accounting scenario does not decide clinical eligibility or establish that more appointments will occur.

Separate the promotion from an appointment message
Read the subject line and body to determine the message's actual purpose. A discount invitation differs from instructions for an existing consultation. The FTC's CAN-SPAM guide distinguishes commercial email from narrower transactional or relationship messages. Calling a promotion an update does not make its purpose transactional or remove applicable commercial-email responsibilities.
An existing customer or member still has the right to opt out of marketing. Some messages to existing customers qualify as transactional, so assess their actual content and purpose rather than applying a blanket label. Route clinical communication through its appropriate system. This planner concerns a business campaign, not treatment advice or a patient record.

Read current preferences and suppression evidence
Review the recorded preference, date and channel through the authorized source. Include later withdrawals and changes. An old screenshot of a checkbox might not describe the wording used at the time of collection or current status. Do not upload a contact list here. Record the review reference and inspect eligibility in the approved system.
HHS marketing guidance addresses regulated uses of protected health information, with requirements and exceptions. An ordinary email preference does not authorize every health-data use. Have the appropriate reviewer assess the actual purpose and applicable obligations, including those outside HIPAA scope. Do not use a spreadsheet label as permission to disclose clinical information.

Find the missing campaign check
The first fictional campaign includes preference and suppression-review references. The second has no current suppression source, so the worksheet flags the gap. A row with all fields filled still does not authenticate the evidence or approve recipient selection. The responsible owner needs to inspect the sources for the proposed channel and send.
Choose a next action someone is able to verify. Inspect the current suppression source, review the segment for private content or check whether the subject line matches the offer. Assign the source question and internal due date. Do not close the task merely because a proposed email looks ready in a preview.
Check the actual email and exit route
The FTC guide addresses accurate sender details and subject lines, a valid postal address, a clear opt-out route and timely honoring of opt-outs. Review those requirements against the actual commercial message. A mockup of an unsubscribe link does not demonstrate a working suppression process. Test the authorized exit route through the business's controlled process.
Keep evidence of the review and any unresolved question in the proper records. Record what the test established, such as the request reaching the intended suppression process. It does not establish future bookings or guaranteed delivery. Do not describe a checked review task as proof the campaign meets every applicable privacy or messaging requirement.

Review the enabled messaging service before use
BlueFinch's customer loyalty service is an optional paid add-on under an accepted plan. Activation, message allowances, customer permission and channel readiness apply. SMS needs its applicable registration process. Confirm the actual enabled features before choosing a send route. Access to an email tool does not authorize a text message or clinical-record integration.
Download the planner for the campaign review. Resolve the missing suppression source and inspect the message's actual purpose before any approved send. Keep later results separate from the preference decision. An authorized send, recorded delivery and attended consultation are different events. None establishes the others or proves why a customer booked.
