Tint installation referral-credit register
Review the qualifying job and any actual reward posting without changing a ledger.
No signup. Enter reference codes, add records and download a CSV. Entries stay in the browser tab. Filled fields do not establish completion, approval or compliance.

- Fictional examples. Use internal references, not customer personal information.
- Filled fields need source-record review and establish no approval or completed outcome.
- No message, CRM change, website edit or reward posting occurs.
- Reload clears edits. Download the worksheet to approved business storage.
Someone refers a driver to your tint shop. The driver requests a quote, then changes the window package. Before granting a referral credit, check the actual offer terms and qualifying installation. An introduction for a quote is not completed work. A booked date does not establish completion either.
The register above keeps referral references, offer terms, job evidence and reward status together. Its rows are fictional. Use internal codes, not customer contact details. The worksheet posts no credits and connects to no ledger. Staff still need the authorized job and reward records before confirming what happened.

Define the qualifying introduction and completed job
Document the qualifying introduction, required installation and reward recipient. Keep the communicated offer version with the referral record. Set out exclusions, duplicate introductions, timing and interactions with other promotions in the actual terms. Do not replace the published rule with a different promise made at the counter when someone requests their credit.
Check whether a vehicle package change affects eligibility. A customer asking about an estimate has not automatically qualified the referrer. Keep the proposed reward pending while the actual work is unresolved. If the offer requires payment or another condition, review the source showing that condition was met before approving a credit.
Attach the installation source to the reward review
Use the job reference and current scope to locate the qualifying work. Record completion under your actual shop process, not from a calendar entry alone. If the installation was rescheduled or declined, preserve that outcome. Do not duplicate a credit each time the estimator revises the same customer’s quote.
Keep referrer identity in the authorized customer system. Use a nonpersonal reference in this planner. The staff role reviewing eligibility needs access to the correct source. A completed worksheet shows where to find the information. It does not independently authenticate the introduction, verify payment or authorize a reward.
Distinguish an approved reward from a posted credit
The fictional first row awaits review of its completed-job evidence. The second says a credit was posted in a source record but deliberately has no posting reference. The worksheet flags that missing evidence. Add the actual ledger or redemption reference after review rather than changing the status because the customer asked for the reward.
Process approved rewards through your normal authorized business workflow and record the actual posting once. Downloading this planner does not update an invoice, loyalty balance or merchant account. Create a separate reconciliation task for a reward approved in its source record whose actual posting has not yet been confirmed.
Review the cost without tying rewards to reviews
Price the fulfilled reward against the qualifying job and the program’s costs. A referral reward is a business expense even if the referred installation fills an open slot. Use actual collected revenue, variable costs and the offer rule. Do not call every referred job additional profit without checking what would have happened otherwise.
Keep this offer separate from public review requests. Google prohibits incentives for posting, revising or removing reviews. A customer should not need a positive rating to receive a qualifying installation referral reward. Do not ask them to change criticism in exchange for a credit. Review requests need their own neutral process.

Assign the unresolved reward decision
HubSpot documents task owners, due dates and associated records. Use equivalent fields to assign an eligibility check or posting reconciliation to one staff role. An internal due date is a planned review, not a promise the credit was applied. Close the task using the actual decision and source record.
BlueFinch’s loyalty workspace is an optional paid service with activation and account requirements. This planner does not promise a native tint-system connection or automatic referral payout. Download the unresolved reward list, inspect the source records and reconcile the confirmed postings before your next customer conversation.
