What you can inspect today

The processing report explains BlueFinch's published pre-conversion rate, calculations and external source tables. The A+ Automotive case describes a specific customer outcome and its limits. Neither proves what another business will save.

A broad benchmark needs more evidence

We are not publishing a new national small-business expense average here. A broader dataset needs documented observations, appropriate publication permission, defined cohorts and a disclosed sample size.

No sample size, national average, revenue lift or new client result is implied by the examples in the public tools.

How a result should be measured

Record the business category, period, source and unit for each metric. Keep complete fee bills matched with the same-period settled volume. Distinguish median from mean and a business-level average from a volume-weighted rate.

For before-and-after work, compare comparable periods and report changes in volume, payment mix, pricing, seasonality and other relevant conditions. Label observed results separately from annualized estimates.

Make the work reusable

Public calculators show their arithmetic and assumptions. Their exports contain the inputs you supply, not private client data. Cite the page and date when reusing a published result; follow the research report's stated reuse terms for its downloadable table.
