Recorded-project replacement review queue
Assign a review reason and staff task without declaring a replacement interval or customer demand.
No signup. Enter reference codes, add records and download a CSV. Entries stay in the browser tab. Filled fields do not establish completion, approval or compliance.

- Fictional rows. No film lifespan, condition or demand is inferred.
- Resolve product and contact-purpose gaps in your actual systems.
- This queue does not create messaging permission or a booking.
- Reload clears edits. Save exports in approved business storage.
Your CRM shows an installation from several years ago. A bulk reminder calls the wrap due for replacement, even though nobody reviewed the installed product or spoke with the fleet contact. Age alone leaves too many unanswered questions. Start with known project records and a specific reason to follow up.
The planner keeps the vehicle reference, installation record, product evidence, review reason and staff action together. Its rows are fictional. The review date is an internal task date, not a film expiry date. The planner does not inspect the vehicle, approve film removal or determine whether a warranty applies.
Use with this guide
Review aftercare message purpose
Keep product support distinct from promotions.
Organize fleet vehicle follow-up
Use actual vehicle and buyer changes, not account-size guesses.
Check messaging service terms
Review the optional paid service and activation requirements.
Browse the complete vehicle wrap guides and worksheets.
Find the installed product and scope
Check the completed project record for the product, coverage and installation reference. A full fleet wrap, spot graphics and another protective finish represent different scopes. Mark uncertain details for review instead of filling the gaps from a photograph. The vehicle color identifies neither the manufacturer nor the exact film system.
3M’s product-care resource separates guidance by product category, while its fleet page describes product-selection factors such as surface and intended use. Use the actual installed system’s current information. This article supplies no general replacement interval, care chemical or removal method. Qualified project staff need to evaluate the relevant product and vehicle.

Name the reason for the next contact
A buyer asks about new branding, a replacement vehicle arrives or a driver reports a surface concern. Record the reason and its evidence. Separate the customer’s request from a staff-generated review question. The earlier installation date supplies history, not proof of a defect or a decision to purchase another wrap.
Use a contact role responsible for the question. A fleet buyer reviewing a rebrand differs from a driver reporting a surface concern. Ask the appropriate person to confirm current plans before discussing scope. If the record lacks a product reference, assign the first action to locating the original project information rather than sending a replacement offer.
Work through the two example records
The fictional van row has a product reference and a recorded customer request about revised branding. Its next action is to confirm the buyer’s proposed scope. The second vehicle has no product evidence and only a staff-review question. That row needs an internal record check first. Neither row says a customer agreed to removal or replacement.
Keep the review queue separate from the approved outreach queue when preparing a campaign list. Completed worksheet fields help assign action items. They grant no permission to contact the customer. Keep actual channel preferences and customer-requested timing in your authorized customer system, outside this public worksheet.
Separate a customer request from a sales campaign
If the customer requested a discussion, answer the recorded question through an appropriate route. If you propose an unrelated promotion, review that campaign’s permissions and requirements first. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide addresses commercial email and mixed message purpose. The guide does not settle SMS requirements or grant permission to contact every past customer.
Explain the actual reason for contacting the customer. Do not imply manufacturer-required replacement when the records support only an internal review. If the vehicle needs inspection to evaluate the installed finish, have qualified staff arrange the review. An automated reminder has diagnosed nothing and established no removal method.

Keep the follow-up tied to an owned action
Use an owner and task date for the next review. HubSpot’s task guidance describes these fields and associated records. Apply the same approach in your existing CRM. After the conversation, record whether the customer supplied new information, asked for a quote or declined contact. Do not label a sent reminder as a booked replacement.
BlueFinch’s customer loyalty service is an optional paid add-on with activation and messaging requirements. The service is not a film inspection or warranty module. Download the review queue for the staff handoff, keep the project evidence in approved storage and resolve the specific customer question before choosing any outreach sequence.
