Collision feedback-to-communication action register
Assign a source-backed process check without publishing a reply or changing a rating.
No signup. Enter reference codes, add records and download a CSV. Entries stay in the browser tab. Filled fields do not establish completion, approval or compliance.

- Fictional examples. Use internal codes, not customer, claim or vehicle personal information.
- Filled fields need review against authorized source records.
- No message, authorization, repair release, website change or CRM update occurs.
- Reload clears changes. Download to approved business storage.
Suppose a customer says nobody explained the revised pickup time. Find the original comment and the related handoff record before assigning a new script to the whole team. Which communication step needs review? A summarized theme without supporting evidence does not establish what happened or which change would help.
The action register focuses the front-desk feedback review. Its examples are fictional. Use internal codes and nonpersonal summaries, not customer or claim details. The worksheet posts no replies and predicts no rating change. It organizes a proposed source check and owned action without changing the review platform or CRM.

Read the comment behind the summary
Keep the original feedback reference and date beside the issue. Separate what the customer reported from what the internal record confirms. An opinion about service is not automatically evidence of a policy violation. Retain uncertainty when the underlying record is missing instead of declaring the complaint disproved.
Write a short nonpersonal summary of the reported concern. Preserve enough context for the reviewer to locate the actual source. Do not put sensitive vehicle, claim or payment details into a public reply. The next employee should see what was said and which part still needs investigation.
Keep the public reply separate from the internal investigation
Google's review guidance advises professional responses and protecting private information. A public reply is separate from the internal service review. Acknowledge the actual concern without revealing repair details. Do not make service help depend on the customer deleting criticism, increasing a rating or posting another review.
Review suspected platform violations against the actual content and applicable policy. Disagreement with a customer's opinion is not a removal reason on its own. Keep the communication task and the platform-policy question separate, with their own evidence. The worksheet does not submit a dispute or promise removal.

Read the source gap before assigning a fix
The first fictional row concerns a pickup-update explanation and includes feedback and internal evidence references. Its next action is checking the handoff. The second concerns an unclear scope explanation but lacks process evidence. The missing field is flagged. Find the actual source before treating a proposed fix as an established requirement.
Assign an action the owner is able to inspect. Check the current milestone note, review the agreed update route or obtain the missing scope-conversation record. Start with the handoff supported by the evidence. A summarized theme alone is not a reason to make every employee rewrite the whole process.
Check the completed action against the real process
HubSpot documents task owners, dates and associated records. Use equivalent fields to assign this review and connect it to the source. Define what evidence will show the action occurred. A checked task does not prove the customer was satisfied or the next review improved. Keep that outcome separate from internal completion.
Verify the changed handoff against a later authorized source record. A five-star review alone does not prove the action occurred or caused satisfaction. Keep unresolved questions visible. Retain observation dates and feedback coverage if comparing periods, without presenting a small review sample as a calculation of lost revenue.

Use the connected review tools within their scope
BlueFinch's reputation workspace supports available Google and Yelp analysis, source excerpts, themes and operational follow-up tasks. Google reply drafting requires review and explicit publication approval. That workflow does not publish Yelp replies or remove unfavorable feedback automatically. Check connected profiles and authorized location access before relying on the information.
Download the action register for the next front-desk review. Begin with the missing process reference, inspect the source and assign a supported correction. Then verify the handoff through your normal records. Aim for a clearer status conversation for the next customer, not a worksheet score presented as proof of improved service.
