Model assumptions
- No satisfaction screen, incentive or pressure selects the invitation group.
- Invitations and confirmations use the same period and experiences.
- Use a channel with usable delivery evidence for this entered measure.
- Retrospective coverage is not a staff review-solicitation quota.
Read alongside these results
- No requests, ratings or public replies are created.
- The results establish no opened links or published reviews.
- Empty denominators produce unavailable rates.

Suppose a customer appreciates the bodywork but questions how the pickup change was explained. Asking for a rating first, then sending the public review link only to satisfied customers, filters the invitation. Check how people are selected before interpreting the shop's star average. Critical feedback should not disqualify an otherwise eligible experience.
This audit reviews eligible delivered-repair experiences, recorded invitations and confirmed deliveries under one neutral rule. The starting counts are fictional. Replace them with authorized totals without entering private claim details. The tool sends no messages and forecasts no reviews. Use the results to inspect the request process, not to identify likely praise.

Apply the same experience rule regardless of sentiment
Define the time frame and neutral eligibility rule. Use genuine completed experiences and review contact preferences. Document exclusions for duplicates or people who declined contact. Do not exclude someone because they complained about timing, questioned a charge or raised a service concern. An invitation is separate from the person's choice to post.
Google prohibits selectively requesting positive reviews, discouraging negative reviews and offering incentives for posting, changing or removing reviews. Keep loyalty credits and service concessions separate from public ratings. Resolve the customer's repair-status question regardless of whether they revise criticism, write a positive review or choose not to review the shop.

Make the review optional and leave its content to the customer
Google's review guide explains requesting genuine feedback through a link or QR code. Leave the rating and wording to the customer. Do not request particular staff names or pressure someone to write at the counter. A voluntary invitation belongs in a neutral process, never as a condition of normal service.
Review the proposed communication channel and the customer’s preferences prior to sending the proposed send. A repair record does not establish permission to send all promotions to that customer. Treat issue resolution separately from customers who post feedback for your shop.

Separate recorded invitations from confirmed delivery
The fictional group has 40 eligible experiences, 30 recorded invitations and 24 confirmed deliveries. Request coverage is 75 percent, or 30 divided by 40. Confirmed delivery is 80 percent of invitations, or 24 divided by 30. Ten experiences lack a recorded invitation and six invitations lack delivery confirmation. Neither measure counts posted reviews.
Use the actual delivery evidence for the selected channel. An attempted send, a counter card and an opened link describe different observations. Do not label an attempt as confirmed delivery. If the channel supplies no usable confirmation, leave the measure outside the report or review a channel with documented evidence.
Correct the supported process gap without setting quotas
Check whether the review destination works and whether staff recorded the handoff. This retrospective audit is not a staff solicitation quota or leaderboard. Google's policy addresses staff quotas and required review content. Use the totals to find a broken process step without pressuring employees to obtain reviews or customers to supply particular ratings.
Read service feedback separately from delivery records. Keep vehicle, claim and payment details out of public replies. An unfavorable opinion is not automatically a policy violation. Assign the communication issue supported by the source. Review any suspected platform violation on its own evidence without making service help depend on deleting feedback.

Review connected sources and reply approval
BlueFinch's reputation workspace supports available Google and Yelp summaries, operational tasks and Google reply drafting with explicit publication approval. Connected profiles and authorized location access are required. A drafted reply is not a published answer. The Google workflow does not publish a Yelp reply automatically.
Download the audit for your next front-desk review. Keep the eligibility rule, time frame and channel evidence with the totals in approved storage. Fix a broken link or missing handoff. Continue resolving the actual service concern regardless of whether the customer chooses to post feedback.
