Tint lead intake builder
Record the scope and unanswered questions before moving a lead toward a quote.
No signup. Enter reference codes, add records and download a CSV. Entries stay in the browser tab. Filled fields do not establish completion, approval or compliance.

- Examples are fictional. Use internal lead and vehicle references.
- The worksheet gives no product recommendation, installation approval or legal-limit advice.
- Keep accepted quotes and scheduling decisions in your shop system. Browser edits clear on reload.
A caller asks for a tint price without naming the vehicle or requested windows. Another caller asks about removing old film before booking an installation. Saving both as new lead hides different questions under the same status. Record the question your estimator needs to answer next.
The intake builder above records vehicle reference, requested coverage, film question, existing-film review and next action. Its examples are fictional. Use the missing-field check to prepare a useful conversation. The worksheet does not recommend film, verify legal limits or create an installation booking.
Use with this guide
Document tint booking policies
Connect the accepted scope with the current booking and payment requirements.
Measure tint appointment attendance
Count observed appointment outcomes rather than reminder replies.
Follow up on a tint quote without claiming a legal shade for every driver
Find the question holding up the quote. Keep product selection, current rule review and the customer’s actual decision separate.
Browse the complete window tint guides and worksheets.
Ask about the vehicle and requested windows
Record the vehicle year, make and model in your approved customer system. Use its internal reference in the worksheet. Ask whether the work involves a personal vehicle or a fleet, then confirm the requested windows. Front side windows and a full vehicle needing old-film removal are different scopes. Keep the quote tied to the actual request.
Capture the customer’s question before naming a product. Someone asking about heat, privacy or replacing damaged film needs a useful answer tied to the proposed service. The intake record should help your estimator identify what to discuss next. It should not invent a performance promise or suggest a product before the shop evaluates the vehicle and requested scope.
Keep removal questions visible
Ask whether existing film needs review and record the answer as unreviewed until your staff confirms the condition. A customer’s description is intake information, not a completed inspection. Link any required inspection or removal estimate to the project record. Do not treat a blank field as proof the vehicle has no existing film.
The fictional builder starts with one front-window request and one old-film review. The second record still needs an owner for the next action. The checklist highlights the gap. A complete row means the questions have recorded answers or explicit review statuses. Your team still needs to verify the proposed work before confirming the final quote and schedule.
Use stages describing the next decision
Start with intake incomplete, scope under review, quote sent, customer decision pending and booking requirements complete. Add an inspection stage if your process needs one. HubSpot’s pipeline documentation describes stages representing steps in a process. Check what your own CRM and plan support before choosing a configuration.
Write a short entry rule for each stage. Quote sent needs the dated quote reference. Booking requirements complete needs your shop’s actual prerequisites satisfied. A customer replying to a message is not proof the scope was accepted. If the project is postponed, record the reason and the requested timing instead of leaving the lead in a supposedly active booking stage.

Assign the next question to a person
Record a named owner and next action. Clarify coverage, arrange an inspection and discuss film options are different tasks. When a customer asks about permitted tint, check the applicable requirements through an appropriate current source before giving a specific answer. This worksheet contains no legal-limit lookup and makes no recommendation about which installation is lawful.
HubSpot’s task documentation describes assigned users, due dates and customer-record associations. Review those fields in the software you already use. Keep contact preferences in the approved customer record. A service conversation does not automatically place the person in a promotional audience. Ask a relevant question rather than repeatedly sending a generic request to book.

Keep the quote, booking and follow-up connected
After the customer accepts the documented scope, link the current quote to the appointment and invoice references. Keep later changes visible to the installer. Review a few recent intake records with the front desk to find which question repeatedly delays a quote. Fix the form or staff handoff around the actual missing information instead of adding unrelated fields.
BlueFinch’s business dashboard and customer loyalty pages describe their available functions and demos. The dashboard is not a tint-shop production CRM. Loyalty is an optional paid product with activation and messaging requirements. Neither product should be presented as a promised connection to your scheduler. Use the free intake worksheet to clarify your process, then compare software against the specific gap your team found.
